The people are phenomenal. Very likeminded individuals who I could see myself being more than just colleagues with but rather lifelong friends. Also, I’ve seen pay at multiple orgs and they seem to be on top of their game here in terms of fair value competitively.

Cons

Given it’s a consultancy, it can be a grind - particularly during q4. But that’s just the biz and the same problems exist across diff orgs and industries and not Optiv-specific.
