      Good (not great) Day-One benefits. Some ability to work remotely but frequent mandatory on-camera meeting regardless of participatory contributions.

      Cons

      Ageism galore, multiple management changes making for chaotic and unstable work environment, struggling to get away from it, but basically a value-add reseller of cyber sec products and services.

      The Optiv brand is well received by our clients. Huge portfolio of services. Lots of recent hires are being onboarded to support growth strategy.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment may not be for everyone. Experiencing some growing pains at the moment but overall strategy is on target.
