Executives seem to care more about workers, diversity and inclusion, and making progressive improvements in strategic services.

Cons

Direct people leaders continue to be very hit or miss with their approach to managing individuals. It’s disappointing to continuously see no improvement in hard requirements regarding management tactics.

* While the exposure to partners can be a positive it can also be overwhelming to some to manage both client and partner relationships. * Optiv tends to favor tenure of at least 4 years before OTE hits anything close to a comparable compensation selling for a manufacturer.
