The severe lack of upper management and discrimination; if you did your job well, you rarely heard about it, other than a few random calls or chats. If you were not part of the "clique", then you were targeted and ostracized. They allow sexual harassment to be swept under the rug while strong arming you into signing something that says it never happened and the harasser is still employed. It was literally a chore to get up and work everyday for a job I used to love. I enjoyed working with most of my co-workers, but the management and leadership continued to down spiral. They put the burden of the company's failure on the inside sales team, not the outside sales team or management. It was admitted the bad behavior/habits of the outside sales team was "self-inflicted" by the leadership and it was forced upon other internal teams to make up for it. There was little to no incentive or career path. The entire culture of the company went downhill over the past few years. The environment has gotten very toxic.
