You are just a number to them, your utilization. They think they can treat their employees like dirt. They underpay by 20% or so unless you are an executive. They all got big payouts from the KKR deal where people that had been with one of the legacy companies for years before all the mergers and buyouts, got nothing. People have been jumping ship for the past 1 year because of the screw ups by executive leadership with the compensation plans to consultants and sales. The IT department is incompetent as well.

Supervisors manage up and treat employees poorly. Unlimited PTO, but your bonus plan is based on billable hours, so it's a catch-22. Pay is sub par for high demand cyber security skills. Leadership communicates poorly and not often enough. Lots of focus on making numbers and not enough on actually solving clients needs.
