      Been working for Optiv for over 2 years now as a senior engineer, and have had nothing but positive experiences here.

      Cons

      It seems like some of the teams could use a little better cohesion, or possibly a person dedicated to communicating between teams to reduce the amount of errors due to misunderstandings.
