Merger is of Accuvant and FishNet Security is complete. Combined forces of top cyber security solutions providers. Leadership promotes internal growth and provides several opportunities to learn new skill sets. Flexible paid time off.

Cons

There are new systems that the majority of the users are still learning. I've seen an tremendous improvement from where we were a couple of months ago as it relates to adapting to new tools, processes, etc.

I've been at Optiv for almost two years and I love it here. There are three things that get me excited about the work we do: 1) There is an amazing amount of talent here at Optiv. Brilliant people with opinions and experience dedicated to making organizations more secure. 2) We focus on security. It is what we do. Everyone here works hard to align business strategy and security considerations so we continually assess how we are staying client focused and security minded. It is a unique place. 3) We invest in leading research to drive security innovation, discover and remediate weaknesses and solve security challenges that most companies wouldn't even touch. Our team of scientists, researchers and engineers represent some of the best minds in this space.

Cons

You need to bring your A game every day. Not really a bad thing.
