Optiv is a good place to work. The company has the financial backing to grow and has been performing well.

Cons

Optiv was created in 2015 by merging two small companies. The company is still experiencing growing pains as a result of the merger.

Pros

Work from home, great systems, management support. Transitioning into this role was seamless. Great portfolio of partners and services. Benefits are decent.

Cons

None thus far. - as I need a 20 word minimum I will add that the Interview and On Boarding process is designed to immerse you in the culture right off the bat.

Pros

Structure, management, good people, nice building, good benefits, good location down town..

Cons

My new manager didn't challenge me or offer any opportunities and I had worked there over five years. I didn't get the feeling that management had any backup when working with staff... that they were on their own.
