-Good starting pay, lots of incentives, and most of all great co-workers. -Associate program for people with a little less experience who really want to advance their careers quickly, in a tremendously quick growing company. -Tons of opportunity for training and advancement in the company. -Career field for almost every division possible in security. -Recharge program instead of accruing vacation time.

Cons

-Benefits recently changed and this caused a rise in cost. -Lots of changes with the merger that causes slower communication. But this will eventually slide back to normal

Solid management. Highly trained engineers and architects. Enthusiastic co workers.

Cons

With such rapid growth underway, be prepared to navigate on your own. You'll have lots of questions and while help is always available the training is light.
