Leadership has cleaned house, which led to pushing out many top individual contributors. Batches of layoffs every year for the past few years. Priorities change on the daily, no real clear direction. Many departments across the company can’t seem to stabilize before upper management throws yet another massive undertaking of a project with unrealistic deadlines. Morale is at an all time low, work loads are at an all time high.

The absolute nightmare of vapid executives, devoid of logic or feeling, deteriorated the company culture and finances to the point where they laid off the only people who still cared to try and rescue the sinking ship. Do you like horrible top leadership with vague goals of massive, untenable expansion? Do you enjoy objectives and compensation structures which are subject to wild changes every quarter? Do you like to watch incompetent corporate sycophants step on department director and manager heads to cut costs for their next bonus which is more than some engineers' salaries? Optiv is the place for you! It is a disgrace and a shame that such amazing project managers, department directors, and consultants' time and talent is wasted at the company I once was happy and proud to work for.
