      I love being part of a company that is setting the industry standard and isn’t afraid to challenge convention. Our culture of innovation opens up incredible opportunities for people to bring forward new ideas, take smart risks and work on truly meaningful projects that will positively shape your career. Employees at Optiv often say that it’s the people that they love the most about working at the company. That has been my experience, too. I have a great boss, awesome teammates and partners across the company.

      Budgets are lean, but I appreciate that the company is being smart about its investments.

      In the past 7 years as a part of the Optiv team, Optiv has shown me its appreciation of entrepreneurialism and innovation. In response to my identification of opportunities to improve our quality and speed of doing business, Optiv afforded me increased responsibility and authority to lead their implementations as well as the resulting overall visibility within our organization and the industry. At Optiv, you can definitely get what you give, including multiple positive career moves and overall growth. Given the many talented people and bright minds here, you can also feel personally enriched and have a lot of fun.

      Cons

      The volume of work is high, so you have to be on top of your game at all times. Also, workflows and department structures change frequently as the company grows, so people must quickly adapt.
