Company is fully remote which was a plus

Cons

Too many happy hours and events all the time. You are selling your soul to the company because you are expected to participate and plan events etc... So you are doing sales and marketing for them at the same time. You are 1 to 400 partners constantly reaching out....

Flexible hours, lots of resources within the team

Cons

Lack of training, events were a waste of time, management was obsessed with updating salesforce and could be micromanage-y with the wrong manager. Not good pay compared to the market-value for this position.
