The company is very wishy washy. Over the course of my employment there I had 5+ management changes as well as numerous organization changes resulting in not only team changes but also project changes.

They do not give priority to developers No promotions and growth for IT employees No respect for application developers Very less salary hike No 100% bonus payouts maximum time 20-30% We will work day and night but no recognition. No extra benefits Office is very far and bad location Only good for security domain No proper promotion and hike system Give preference to US employees over INDIA
