      The majority of Recruiters receive ‘below expectation’ performance reviews but Management refuse to take any accountability for poor stewardship Management prefer to hire and fire rather than improve their approach (over a number of years) Remote managers (who insist you must be in-person every day) use concerns you raise in 1:1s against you in official performance reviews Management refuse to work with you to find solutions to problems you face Management do not give actionable feedback

      Pros

      - Work alongside some of the best people in the industry! I've learnt so much in a short amount of time and have been given opportunities to make impact early on in my career. - Fun culture, incredible breakfast & lunch by inhouse chefs, massages, company trip, extra annual leave (and you're encouraged to take it). - The people leaders - they are encouraging, provide ongoing feedback and really believe in their team!

      Cons

      - Fast moving industry so it can be a little challenging to keep up!
