      Pros

      The most transparent, collaborative and driven company I've ever worked for. I can't believe how much responsibility myself and others were able to get so quickly.

      Cons

      Perhaps they overpay employees with too much cash. So many people retiring in their 20's and early 30's it's crazy. Not sure if that's sustainable if they want to keep growing.
