Great training and compensation on offer

Cons

Quite ruthless in letting go of their new traders. Generally the number is around 40-50% of new traders get fired in the first year. I saw 10-15 traders get fired in the 8 months I was there out of a floor of 100 traders. Also quite a common sight to have senior traders telling off junior traders on the desk The career risk may not be worth taking if you have other options..
