      You’re surrounded by sharp, driven people, and there’s always something to learn from the traders around you. People value initiative and encourage an entrepreneurial mindset.

      Noticeable amount of politics and ego within management or desk leads. Decisions can sometimes be driven by appearances or internal agendas rather than open communication or genuine business priorities. This occasionally shifts focus away from the trading activities and very foundation of how the firm has been growing in the last years.
