      Good perks Good work life balance Multicultural

      Cons

      People who have big egos and personal agendas, always have an opinion about everything and are subtly fighting to keep their backs safe. Bad apples. People who are not passionate about the company, do the minimum work and they don’t are not fired because Optiver is afraid to fire them and is waiting for them to leave.

      You'll be surrounded by smart people that know their stuff. Ambitious though relaxed culture.

      The amount of bureaucracy has gone up a it due to tighter market regulations
