      The money is good and glassdoor needs atleast 20 words and I still couldnt complete20.

      Cons

      Not many exit opportunities, discriminating between dutch and non dutch and firing rate is very high

      Pros

      It's a great place to work with some of the smartest folks in the world. Very healthy culture, little politics, and a stellar training program. Needless to say, it has among the best compensation perks across all jobs. And some exceptional outings!

      Cons

      Highly stressful and monotonous at times. There is limited opportunities beyond trading and most people burn out after 3-4 years
