      Pros

      Ridiculously good remuneration, especially for traders. Free breakfast and lunch. Lots of responsibility. Annual company trip. Weekly massages. ... The pros go on.

      Cons

      It's very hard work and your best is always expected. This is only a con if you want an easy job. Optiver is the best at what they do because they push the best people to their limits. Again, not necessarily a con. Trading can be stressful.

      Pros

      Phenomenal pay and benefits. Very rapid career progression and near-instant feedback loop on ideas. Work with plenty of interested, intelligent people.

      Cons

      Small company politics rear their head too often, and management can be decoupled from the reality of the business.
