Pros
Comp is very good If you can handle the stress and toxic culture, career growth can be good and there is lots to learn Surface level benefits such as free food and merch is good
Cons
- Extremely stressful work culture - Evaluated based on how your "project" goes, not how all of your other work goes - Can get put on a PIP/fired quite easily - Thrown into the deep end as a graduate and will get cut if you don't do well in your first project
