      Very challenging. You will learn a lot. If you become good you are in but if you fall behind you are out.

      Pros

      Young, fast, with a flat hierarchy. Its a very successful company with happy and passionate employees. its outlook is very strong and is looking to grow.

      Cons

      Trading is not for everyone. Its a great career if its a fit for you but for some people its just not the case. with trading there is always a bit of uncertainty, and for some people, a more consistent day to day job with less ups and downs is necessary.
