      Good canteen. Decent benefits. Good work location.

      Cons

      Awful, toxic culture. Incompetent management Most employees never worked outside of the company and are very opiniated and think its the best company ever. HR is no help. Dismissing a lot of employees. Employees dissappear all the time. There's no work life balance. No employee wellbeing at all. Dank culture of pressuring employees, overperforming , work overlord, stress, etcetera. No sense of beloning.

      Good pay, transparent payment (you get marbles which is directly correlated with the company's overall performance across offices), all teams share the profit, there is no internal competition between teams

      Cons

      High firing rate, relatively hard to get promoted to senior positions, not a lot of stuff you learn here is transferable
