Pros

Perks Some of the people

Cons

Management, the louder you are the more chance you're a senior manager. Perks are really just there to bribe you and keep you in the office Work life balance isn't possible The lack of people with general people skills hurts the business significantly The business doesn't value people as much as they say they do

Pros

The company offers excellent pay along with great perks, including free breakfast and lunch, as well as an annual company trip.

Cons

The company has an overly political environment, and its approach to utilizing employees feels exploitative, like squeezing blood from a stone. I would not recommend this workplace if you have a family or prioritize a healthy work-life balance.
