      The food is good and barista

      Cons

      The barista is probably the only person you can trust at this company, Ex traders getting promoted into roles outside of trading like they're owed something. They have zero experience in that area or experience in running a team. Making up horrible lies all the time to promote negative feedback culture. Can't trust anyone.

      You can make some good friends there, and you can bond over a collective fear of getting fired.
