Pros
Pros - amazing technology and systems - smart people - fast learning curve - nice salary and benefits - it is possible to switch from one desk to another - people are not secretive and are very willing to teach you about their business and what they do even if it's not directly related to what you do - culture is quite direct and compared to other companies there is not that much of office politics - social events are often organised and usually very nicely managed
Cons
- they want you to be always on your tip toes, lot of unnecessary pressure - most people have never worked outside of the company, so they don't realise they wouldn't perform without the amazing systems and support teams behind them and tend to have a very high opinion of themselves - very low base salary (compensated by high bonuses)
