      one of largest market makers, has a very developed methodology in trading options

      For tech people, the firm is very trader-focused. Project length is short so might not have enough flexibility to try different methods/models.

      * Management standards have slipped over the years * Poor review system with no recourse process. * Too much reliance on promoting senior traders to corporate senior management when they clearly aren't qualified or suitable. * You will know when your time is up at the company. Assessment score will reflect. * Unless it impacts the bottom line or has reputational/compliance risk - reports/assessments will only be paid lip service to.
