Pros
Love working here - there is lots of interesting work and challenging problems to solve. Management actually listens to suggestions from all over the business. The people are the top of their fields, very driven and genuinely open and collaborative.
Cons
No real downsides - Optiver is growing rapidly but management is doing everything it can to keep the same amazing culture.
