Compensation and WLB is decent as well as the amenities and perks

Cons

People are brutally rude in the office and do not hold back in screaming profanities etc. while trying to get a point across. I also felt that there was 0 support for LGBT and minority groups in the office and I along with many others who identify as LGBT were scared to make that known due to people using slurs regarding these groups of people rather commonly. Additionally. management and seniors tend to discriminate in bonuses and other things towards people of these groups.

- Very nice and smart people to work with - Good work culture and work environment, a stable company - Plenty of perks such as breakfast & lunch, weekly massages, gym membership and fun events such as annual trip

Cons

- Work is very challenging - Base salary is lower but overall is higher - Less diversity in some departments such as trading
