Pros
Excellent environment, very helpful service desk and HR, great people around, lots of useful trainings, free Dutch&English language courses, team dinners a few times per year, 10 additional days of vacation after 1st year. Not having an external customer turned out to be awesome - you really feel you're one team with everyone trying to help and solve the problems.
Cons
Sometimes it could be too much stress, but normally it's all right
