If you are in PEDS , Flexible hours, WFH option.

Cons

Micro Management. There is no Product culture. After UHG formed to Optum cross cuttings started. They fired many employees. Most of the products are useless products so they don't get profits on them. Suddenly one day they say products has been sold out , please look for new job.
