      Overall good but some projects are old

      Good evironment, good work life balance, helping people, less workload, Cab service, good policies

      Cons

      Some projects are on old tech stack, so it depends where you are put into, if on a old project less opportunity to learn while working. There are other platforms to learn here.

      It's a decent place to start, as a fresher. Work-life balance is maintained.

      Cons

      The folks in US whom I worked with ,are awesome , very friendly, but can't say the same for the management here in India. Also, the salary difference between the employees of same grade, differs significantly especially for freshers (mostly depending on which tier-1,2,3 the college belonged to)
