Apathetic Environment

Pros

Relaxed environment with flexible deadlines/schedule

Cons

Large victim of the dead sea effect. The company is very fragmented among teams that do their best to not have to collaborate or talk to each other. It is hard to tell if the bulk of the fault falls on management or the sheer apathy of employees.
