They keep you busy! Pay is pretty great, typical time off benefits, healthcare benefits are so-so.

Cons

Standards are very high. You'll stay very busy trying to meet them. The pace of the work is not something sustainable in my perspective; and so there is high turnover in some areas. Work-life balance isn't great.
