Great patient population. Decent pay.

Cons

Management is a problem as an APC. It is not divided by department or specialty. Impossible to actually speak with your managers to address concerns or discuss issues - will constantly be put off or meetings routinely cancelled. Little to no involvement from managers supporting APC’s (NP’s and PA’s). Zero guidance. Everyone is spread way too thin.

This is a company that buys out other mental health agencies and eventually shuts them down. Communication is poor, they do not seem to care about their clients, internal or external.
