      Pros

      The people and talent are amazing. The work is generally interesting and engaging.

      Cons

      Constantly changing so expect to move from team to team. Although the company as a whole offers mentoring programs, management does not have time to infuse meaningful coaching into their day to day. activities. They are too busy trying to hit their goals. Constant rounds of layoffs.

      Good WFH - Don't expect salary growth

      Work from home. Internet provided. Bonuses can be 5-10%

      Cons

      salary increases avg 1-2% per year unless you change rolls. expectations to earn the bonus increase yearly. At least one person on the team must get on a CAP each year. Isn't always performance related. This will prevent you from applying to any internal roles. Company (UHC or Optum) layoff staff every quarter. Every team won't get hit every quarter.

      Pros

      Monday to Friday schedule not always but holidays off

      Cons

      Pto accumulated every check depends on your grade. Can’t clock in early/stay late. No two ppl off same time. So requests off first come first serve. Schedule made month in advance. Always say room to grow but no opportunities always freeze.
