Pros

They are experimenting on new technologies such as ai agentic workflows etc and present a good learning for the employees

Cons

1) You need to be able to deliver on ideas, and as there is no such bench concept in the organization, you shud find projects before your previous project ends 2) Increments are low but still if you can negotiate during your switch , they do provide good pay

Pros

Stable job, hybrid work, free cab

Cons

Growth opportunities are limited by a "favoritism" culture. To move up, you need to focus more on internal politics and social engineering than on your actual job responsibilities. Meritocracy is secondary to personal loyalty.
