Pros

*Great monthly performance bonus for performers. *Above average monthly salary for starters.

Cons

*Level 2 or promotion to senior level was eliminated due to organization changes. *Maximum 10% increase if promoted to next salary grade, no room for negotiation. *Annual performance increase is relatively low if you are hitting tier 1 performance bonus per month.

Pros

- Flexible hybrid work schedule - Family oriented and work with personal needs - Supervisors are easy to talk to and check in regularly for questions, concerns and feedback - Close-knit work environment

Cons

- Selling off portions of the company with not a whole lot of notice gives a little bit of anxiety for where you will be in a year. - Primarily remote so you are not aware of other departments, co-workers, and potential job opportunities. - The yearly pay increase is minimal and the starting pay is around 36,000/annually
