      Great opportunity for development and education. Work with many smart people. Good location. Better salary than most tech companies starting off.

      A lot of decisions are made by business people that don’t have a mind for engineering, or don’t understand machine learning concepts. projects can get picked up and dropped so hard work can be made redundant easily. Management don’t know how to be leaders when it comes to delivering software because all the customers are internal to UHG, which creates a false sense of security of being complicit when pushing everything to be its best
