      -Health care benefits are maximized - Some DM's are approachable

      Cons

      -Management wise esp. at PIRT acct. in Taguig are micro managing their employees. -Team Leads always go by the book and COMPASSION is leaving their decision making when they do. -compensation has been tougher than before -unpaid OT -some higher ups will have your application to a higher position on pending status even though you already passed.
