      Organisation is awesome , HR Team Transparent but process supervisors plays highly irresponsible behaviour.

      Pros

      Job security good if you are aware about own duties , production or processing , Both side cab facilities good , HR team thinks and help about own employees . No free food facility , canteen food costly . Mobile phones are allowed which is great things for employees. Training duration enough to learn processing and basic things . Bad things are - your can take own leaves if your supervisor wants to give you otherwise you will find the result LWP . they decide your ratings and QVC Bonus and rewards without any perfect reasons.

      Targets (Goal sheets) very high , Low QVC bonus , less appraisals / increment,
