      Pros

      People who want to enjoy they can go ahead to be a part of this organisation. Will get friendly environment.

      Cons

      We have hired for the F&A projects and been moved to operations since after we joined 3 months. Unfortunately our designations got changed and a level down has happened because of this drastic change which we didn't expected to be happened. The management is reckless and no bother about our concerns. Have never expected that none of the management cares about the employees concerns. am not sure this would apply whole organization but still there might be some of the departments are facing the same issue. Hope whoever's choose this organisation doesn't fall into that team to loose ur goals.

      Big company to work, huge learning opportunity in analytics, work life balance is good, 5 days working, salary as per the market standards.

      Lacking on the transparency & having no clear vision on individual level but overall same scenario happens in other industries as well

      Its a good company for WFH and hikes are descent based on performance.

      HR policies are not strong and if decided your manager can destroy your carrier as No Process and dont get any support from the company process.
