Pros

Work from home. you can touch base trending technologies, but you will not get chance to work on it. Work life balance, very low workload but no career improvement.

Cons

- Common Review process involves so many politics, no value to critical resources, managers assign rating to resource on rotational basis, means once you got 4 rating next year you are not eligible for the same or higher. - No parking facility. - No enough work stations to work, there will be 5 desks for team of 10. - Every quarter or year organisation structure changes.
