Pros

Variety of calls across the nation. Solid work hours with options to renew special memberships for bonus. Always work to be done here.

Cons

Consistent calls where people talk in detail hours upon end. Always new calls that you never hear from again. Much reading and repetitive answering of complaints.

Pros

Flexibility to work from home. Good PTO amount 401k match Stock purchase options

Cons

Too many meetings. (1/1, team, group, CEO, kickoff, status updates, training, etc.) In meetings all the time. Too many processes. If you don't like change, this isn't the company for you. Always, always changing. Health Insurance is not great if you are healthy. You are paying a lot of pocket to reach deductible or out of pocket each pay week. If you have a major health issue, paying your deductible could be reached quickly.
