Pros

Used to be a nice little company - senior management was disengaged, but that's often part of a small company.

Cons

Treated employees like slaves Management was unaware of HR policies (but HR was disengaged most of the time) Yes - THERE IS RETALIATION Very poor salaries

Pros

Great management that was smart enough to start an ESOP that shared the profits with employees when company was bought by Optum. Team management was also very embedded and accessible. Interesting work assignments. Good co-workers who are all very well qualified and proficient in their areas of expertise.

Cons

As company grew, it lost a little of that small company feel.

Pros

Best environment for an employee starting his career. The colleagues are so helpful and mentor you in every possible way. The work is challenging at the same time a pleasure to work in if you are looking for a job in the health care industry

Cons

Only problem I felt is that you need to be in the country for three years to get access to the Company data. this is a governement regulation and thus i wouldnt exaclty say its the company's fault.
