      Can't think of one other than if you work for them you become one of them

      Cons

      HR can't make a decision, Management can't change the decision HR didn't make. Stupid policies prevent work from getting done

      Pros

      The company has a laid back, but professional environment. They provide very nice coffee and tea each day and tasty bagels on each Friday. There are many different projects with the potential to provide their employees with exposure to a variety of skillsets.

      Cons

      When projects end, there is not a lot of communication and their full-time employees are not always provided with other opportunities within the company.

      Pros

      bagels on fridays....unless you're not trying to eat a healthy diet then it's really not a pro.

      Cons

      Terrible management, no business plan, very unorganized, very low pay and almost no room to advance based on merit. The people who work the hardest are treated the worst.
