Pros

Bnenefits were good and they used to buy food and there was free coffe in the office as well as flexibility to work at home.

Cons

management is always absolutely horrible and and i promise that in Puerto Rico we were all underpaid but call centers are the worst. You will feel the burnout and discrimination as u go. They always promise to get you a promotion and then dont.

Pros

As this company was growing with the PNW area they give you lots of leeway as they were not pros at servicing the satalite connection was bad in rural area the map would drop in your in a far away area I dont know how to get back, as they are fine tuning their services they work with you however, it is all under their terms. So beware of the shadiness

Cons

The company overall makes a LOT of mistakes all the time. The charting is still old school "dos base" it takes forever to chart-YOU will spend long hours at night charting because of this. They do not have AI and they keep saying they will update-This puts your job at jeopardy because they are "archaic" with all of their software you will be using but yet, they will judge you on your performance-Eventhough, they are NOT up to par on their software of up to date. So be careful. Also, the metrics they use are obsurd corresponds with the archaic software you will use. So its hard to meet the metrics without killing yourself. NO breaks or lunch if you want to meet all of their scheduled members in a day. Keep in mind you are staying up until 10pm or 11pm the day before. The health insurance you are getting is expensive youd think that they are a insurance company it would be better but comparing apples to apples my previous job had better and not an insurance company-less expensive. In a nut shell, this company has a lot of double-standard just like they practice covering people claims-sad they got to big and out of touch-
