I've liked most of the coworkers and people that I've gotten an opportunity to meet and work with at Optum. All treat you like a person FIRST, though they call you a resource during planning, and it's refreshing. Also, it's such a large company that you can have multiple jobs while working at one company.

Cons

At times it can come down to the bottom-line but I don't know if that is anything special

buttering system, not good for women, people have cheap mentality, HR are very rude and they generally don't respond quickly, you have to ask HR same things multiple times then reply
