Remote work (which is going away) Some good leaders (who are constantly hamstringed) Good pay (if you can negotiate it) Decent benefits.

Cons

No room for career growth. Leadership is generally awful. Rampant outsourcing. Rediculous cost-cutting (except top executive compensation). Very little in the way of project documentation Constant turnover.
