Work from home option/telecommute is great. I appreciate the focus on culture, Bravo awards, parental leave and adoption assistance.

Cons

Work life balance can be a problem depending on your manager and project. Constant organizational restructuring and layoffs. Recent reduction in Employee Stock program benefit. Health insurance options are just OK.
